Extra Charges

Cleaning Fee $30.00 on all rentals

Extra Person $25.00 fee per night

Pet Fee $15.00 per dog/per day

Reservations

Minimum 3 days stay

All reservations must be paid in full or secured with 50% deposit. Balance is due on or before arrival.

All cancellations will be charged $50.00 cancellation fee.

  • Please note if for any reason you need to check out early, there will be no refund given unless unit is re-rented.

Cancellation Fee

Peak Season * Notice given with 30 days or more prior to reservation is $50.00 fee.

Peak Season * Notice given within 30 days or less prior to reservation will be subject to up to 50% of reservation.

Off Season * Notice given with 14 days or more prior to reservation is $50.00 fee.

Off Season * Notice given within 14 days or less prior to reservation will be subject to up to 25% of reservation fee.

Pet Policy

Pets are accepted in our cabin ONLY with the direct permission of our staff. Guests that violate the no pets in suites and RV’s rule will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee. Pet owners must clean up after their pets.

Smoking

No smoking in any of our units, smoking is to be outside at all times. If you smoke in any of our units there will be a 250.00 cleaning fee.

Toys

Anyone using Timberlane Beach Resort facilities, boats, kayaks, beach toys etc., Do so at their own risk. Timberlane Beach Resort shall not be held responsible for any physical injury, property loss, or damage caused. Waiver to be signed to use our Beach equipment.
